5 meals in Healdsburg in mid January - narrowing it down

We will be in Healdsburg for the first time. We love San Francisco for dining and are now anxious to include Healdsburg in our repertoire. To give you an idea of our tastes - Spruce, Incanto, Fifth Floor, One Market, Chez Panisse, Zuni, Campton Place among others.

We will have 2 lunches and 3 dinner to plan.

Since we will be in Healdsburg on Tues, Wed and Thurs, Cyrus heads the list for dinner on Thursday.
Also, Barndiva for Wednesday dinner for their Barn Dinner.

I am interested in Spoonbar, Dry Creek Kitchen, Scopa, Divine Affair, Willys Seafood and Raw Bar. I am also willing to consider other you recommend.

Am interested in how you would go about selecting places for lunch and dinner. This is our annual trip to SF, so we want to do it right.

For something at lunch a bit less fancy, I would suggest " Zin" for lunch. An upscale diner with a great wine list. Their idea of hash is wonderful as is the pulled pork sandwich.
