Sunday evening happy hour?
Flying into PDX around 6pm on a Sunday, would like to meet a friend for fun place and a drink (one drink). Not big drinkers. Must have some vegetarian options, but I'm an omnivore. Any good happy hours to recommend on a Sunday? Have a car, willing to drive to downtown.

A few places have all-day Sunday happy hours, like Red Star Tavern, Mint/820, 3 doors down, etc.
I personally like Mint/820 for their drinks plus lamb burger, but I also adore the food at 3 doors down. Cassidy's isn't bad either!

Cassidy's is a good option. If you are looking for something a bit more upscale, check out the Heathman (huge bistro menu) or Ten-01 (the truffle fries are some of the best I've had).

The food is really good, and so are the drinks. Had the oyster sliders last time I was there and they were very good.
