If you avoid caffeine as a rule: is 15mg per 8oz a lot?
I get kinda shaky and over-stimulated and even a little weepy if I have too much caffeine--and by too much I mean if I'm sharing a super-sized Coke with my husband.
He has discovered and really likes Arizona Iced Tea's Arnold Palmer 1/2 tea 1/2 lemonade. I used to make it for him but the guy always seems to like processed store-bought stuff over my lovingly homemade concoctions. But I digress...
As far as a commercial iced tea, I like it myself--but since it's not decaf, I worry about having any past lunch-time. Just wondering though if 15mg is a small amount that I shouldn't worry about. I know I could have a glass at dinner and find out that way, but so far there hasn't been a night when I didn't feel like getting a good night's sleep.
