The Hurricane in St. Pete Beach
Any opinions on this place? It has been recommended to me for Thanksgiving dinner and seafood during my stay in St. Pete area during Thanksgiving week.

Hurricane is a last choice plkace for food. Nice view. Too many other options to name. Let me know what you are looking for in a restaurant

We like funky hole in the wall places and ethnic food....vegetarian to southern BBQ. We are both lovers of good, fresh seafood simply prepared (are not we all?). Good micro brew ales are a plus. Good oysters are always welcomed......

The Hurricane is great for a drink and a sunset. I was at O Bistro for lunch today and their Thanksgiving menu looked delicious! And it is only 5 to 10 minutes depending on where you are in SPB.

Thank you for the Thanksgiving idea. We are looking for a place to bring the adult family.

Once upon a time the food was great. You've missed that period by 20 years or so...
Now overpriced and mediocre at best.
As juli5122 said, drinks and a sunset is a better way to experience it.

I would not recommend the food at the Hurricane to someone I didn't like! Granted I have not eaten there for years but when I did it was awful. I had some type of fish "oscar". Fish was overcooked, asparagus was from a can and hollandaisse was from a mix.... YUCK!
