Chestnuts Roasting Over An Open Fire…Are Delicious

I want to make chestnut dressing but don’t want to spend hours peeling them. Does anyone know where I can buy them Frozen/Peeled or Dried/Peeled?

Most Asian markets carry pouches of peeled cooked chestnuts. They are usually located in the snack aisle.

There are many different brands that I've seen at the Asian markets.

If you want to go upscale, I've seen them in jars at Central Market.
