Good place for lunch in Eagan or Inver Grove Hts. area

I am meeting a friend in Eagan or IGH area for lunch Sunday. Any suggestions?

    Buon Giorno Market in Lilydale would be my first choice, albeit with absolutely no idea of what you're looking for.
