New Years in Fort Lauderdale- What do you recommend?

Hi All, my husband and I are staying for 4 nights at the Atlantic Hotel and are looking for some great restaurant recommendations in the FLL area, especially for New Year's Eve. We are a young couple from NYC who work in the fashion industry and loooove good food, especially farm-to-table, home-cooked styles. We love every cuisine, so would appreciate your suggestions: new and noteworthy? landmark must-visits? romantic suggestions? thanks!
