If making one of those frozen pizzas and you heat it up on a pizza pan which one would you use- also I have seen one with holes in bottom - is that better any suggestions welcome
I would use a noncoated one so that I can slice on it.
Now that I think of it the American metalcraft aluminum pizza pans with Nibs are nice.
do you have a website. what are Nibs?
I place mine right on the oven rack with a piece of foil on the rack below to catch any drips.
The holes is only if you want a crispier crust
