Charcuterie supplies????

New to the area and I want to buy charcuterie supplies, pink salt, casings, spices, etc.... gonna make homemade bacon and other goodies, but I need the stuff to do it....

Any suggestions?

You can get casings at whole foods and Eastern Market - I have yet to find somewhere in town that sells pink salt.

I get everything from butcherpacker.com and sausagemaker.com - they make it very easy.

If you do find somewhere, please post!
