Marlboro Ma, Soup, slads, sandwiches, veggie friendly?

i will be in Marlboro Ma on Tues around lunch time and iam intereted in a LOCAL restaurant/bakery etc that might have soups, salads, sanwiches, although iam not a vegetarian, i like to try meatless "stuff." Any Recs? Thanks in advance..
