Pearlz in Downtown or West Ashley. Not sure why they don't get much of a mention on this board. I've had nothing but good experiences with them.

AND see if the Sullivan's Island Fire Department is doing their monthly oyster roast during tour stay. I'll be there. It's the best.

Amen to Amen St. as an oyster destination in town. I've also had good ones at Hank's, A.W. Shucks, and even Hyman's. For a true old-school oyster roast a short drive away you can't beat Bowen's Island:

Amen Street has outstanding oysters for lunch or dinner. A W Shuck's has outstanding raw, fried and baked oysters. Hyman's also has outstanding raw or fried oysters and a lot of other good food too.
