truffle butter edmonton

I think I saw some at Paddy's cheese shop awhile back...can't be completely sure...but might be worth giving them a call.

Did you have any luck with the truffle butter?? I am in need of some as well.

I am curious. What would you use the truffle butter for? I know that it will not be the same thing as flecks of actual truffle but could you make do with a compound butter concoction of warm soft butter with the addition of parsley or chives and white truffle oil and then roll it up in wax paper and plastic wrap and slice off what you require? Just a thought.

barefoot contessa had a recipe recently for white truffle butter pasta. looked great. has anyone located a store yet?
