Best Hibachi around Morris County

stu127 Nov 13, 2010 01:37 PM

I'm looking for suggestions on the best Hibachi type of restaurant around Morris County. We're looking to take a group of friends out for a decent dinner and somebody decided this would be a good, fun evening. We're all in our mid to late 30s and don't mind spending a little money if the experience is worth it however, when it comes to Hibachi, I'm at a loss. Any help would be appreciated.

There's always Benihana in Short HIlls - not Morris Co., but just over the border.

I just looked it up...it's called Banzai, but it's listed as "closed". I'm sorry. I remember it being fun.

It's now called Soho and while I haven't been there, I heard that they've renovated and updated the interior and it's received good reviews. Its on Rt.46, westbound side in Denville.

It's actually called Sogo. I have not eaten there, but it seems like a hot spot. Worth a try, I think.
