Does anyone know where I can buy fresh fenugreek leaves?
I want to make Methi Mutter Malai:

Thanks for your help!

Russo's frequently has them. Also you can usually find them at the Indian grocery stores along Moody Street in Waltham.

we've never found them at Russo's, or in Boston in general. We usually get friends over in LA or even the midwest (!) to bring some over with them.

I often see them at Russo's. When they have it, the methi is on the last table in the area of the store that is to the left as you enter, sort of diagonally across the room from the dairy cooler. It's the table with the Chinese broccoli and other assorted Chinese leafy veggies.

thanks for that. Always assumed it would be next to the other herb/vegetables like the coriander. Will look out for it in future.

You are quite welcome - glad I could help. If you are making a trip especially for the methi, do call ahead. Russo's frequently has it but not always.

Pretty sure that Shalimar in Central Sq has them. I just bought some fresh curry leaves there the other day.

I called there earlier today and they said they only have dried fenugreek.
