Used to be a Vietnamese deli here in Riverhead, but they closed.

I know that doesn't help, just that that's the only Vietnamese place I ever saw. They have Bahn Mi at Legends Restaurant in Peconic, and assorted Thai dishes, here is their menu

Ironically the first vietnamese restaurant I ever went to was in Patchogue in the early to mid 80's but they were ahead of their time and did not last. When we ate there, there was a vietnam vet at the next table and he said the food was very authentic, just as he remembered it. I don't remember what I had but I liked it, The next time I visited my parents it was gone.

I remember that was there, it was the only one, after the short lived French/Vietnamese Cafe Monaco in Stony Brook closed.
