Office Lunch Catered in Northwest Austin

PappyAustin Nov 12, 2010 07:35 AM

We often have a need for catered lunch for 8-15 people on 183 near Oak Knoll. We often use Jason's Deli and they have been fine. Just looking for some variety. I recently tried to use Tinos, but they were totally unresponsive. Would not even return emails or phone messages. I'm going to try Newk's next week. Anyone have other suggestions of places that will deliver?

BTW - Don't want to do pizza

you guys need to try Eat Out In. they do delivery from a wide variety of restaurants in Austin. All kinds of food. We use them all the time.

I'm at Parmer and Riata and was hoping for some suggestions, too.
We have some holiday stuff coming up and this area is pretty limited in terms of delivery.
Looking at Eat Out In, none of the options for 78727 were really jumping out at me.
If I find anything in my internet travels, I will update this thread...

Newks did a real nice job. The food arrived earlier than requested, they set everything up, and they do not accept tips beyond the delivery fee. We only had salads, but I have also heard good reports on their sandwiches.

We've been doing alot with Zoe's in the Arboretum. They have nice wraps and the best chicken salad. A potato salad and a cole slaw without oil. Greek salad. Nice for eat in , take out and they do deliver on some basis....

Ps: Really like Newk's too. Shrimp remoulade salad is really good and pizzas are nice. Four simple old fashioned layer cakes too, old-fashioned strawberry layer cake is nice.

I eat at Kiefer's Cafe (on Kramer) for lunch quite often since they're almost next door to where I work, and I know they do catering.
Based on how good their lunch menu is, I'm sure their catering is tasty.

Good suggestion. I did find out they won't deliver for less than 10 meals.

I like Craigos. I usually get their lasagna and salad lunch and it tastes great. And I know they deliver all over the place.
