I like turkey but…
I like turkey. I eat it all year, not just at Thanksgiving. So, when the last Thursday in November rolls around, I'm ready for something that's different and out of the ordinary for me. This year I'm having braciole with soft polenta, broccoli rabe and some sort of dessert (I'm still thinking about that). Oh, and wine. Maybe shrimp cocktail.
Anyone else doing a non-traditional Thanksgiving?
