:: Singing:: Get Me To The Table On Time
...with apologies to Lerner and Loewe.
The one thing I have trouble with is getting everything piping hot to the table on time. (I don't have a warming drawer.) For this Thanksgiving, I am puzzled beyond belief as to what I can make beforehand. Once I take the turkey out of the oven, I pop in the dinner rolls. But, I have stuffing, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, a kugel, someone wants corn, and roasted asparagus with mushrooms. How can I reheat or keep warm the stuffing, potatoes, kugel, and still roast the asparagus and saute the mushrooms all at the last minute? Microwave? Stovetop? I don't want anything to dry out.

I've seen it in Costco for a bit less.
