<content>The boyfriend and I have a hankering for some good Salisbury Steak. I don't know of many restaurants that serve it. Does anyone have any suggestions of where to go? It would be much appreciated!

<content>I know MUSSO &amp; FRANK'S has it. Priced in the low 20's, which seems like a rip-off to me. If you down a couple of martinis with it, you probably won't care much.
