Any suggestions for procuring half-decent Kimchi within walking distance of Dundas & Keele? Say a 20-minute walk or so?

There's a dep at the corner of (I believe) Grenadier and Roncesvalles run by a Korean couple, and they make killer kimchi. Enjoy!

I went looking for this place today and didn't find any Kimchi (or any other Korean stuff) in any of the places around that intersection. Anybody know more specifically which place might have the Kimchi?

There is a Yummy BBQ located in the Crossways Mall at Dundas and Bloor, just across from the Dundas West Subway station. They are a restaurant, but they might sell you a container or two of kimchi.

Fair warning: Any food consumed in the Crossways Mall is suspect. Very, suspect.

OK, I have to ask about the Crossways Mall, I haven't been there in over 15 years, but I did enjoy the Korean place there.

          Can 00CP elaborate?

The Sweet Potato carries quite expensive, quite non-Korean-appearing jars of kimchi. Haven't tried it for myself, so I have no idea if it's half-decent or not. But it might be worth the extra cost not to have to walk anywhere else.

The only other place I could think of might be the Vietnamese supermarket just past the northeast corner of Runnymede and St. Clair.
