Mexican Bakeries ?

Heading back to Chicago in a couple weeks and I'm definitely going to be poking around Pilsen and Albany Park looking for some good Mexican food ( I'm leaving on a Sunday , so unfortunately no Maxwell St. Market for me). My traveling companion is a big fan of Mexican bakeries, so I was just wondering what the best ones in those areas were ? Bonus points if they do a really good Tres Leches.
