Understanding Cookware - Informative Link

  • 3

Hello All.. I'm not actually asking a question this time.. but I've shared this link a few times..and where nothing is the "be all/end all" when it comes to opinion and personal experience regarding cookware.. I've found this to be a Most Informative and well presented post on different types, materials and such.

I hope some of you find it as helpful as I did and maybe having it's own post would make it easy to find for you if you so desire.

  1. Grazie mille, that's a lot of very good information and it makes me totally rethink future purchases of pots and pans. Although I totally understood the various ins and outs of thermal dynamics, I certianly didn't have nearly as good of understanding in which type of pot or pan the various materials would be most beneficial. This was excellent reading, again thank you very much for the post.

    1. Very informative. I have read other topics on braising etc on that forum but never notice this one. Thank you for sharing.

I'm glad some found it interesting and maybe helpful.
I know not one source can be the "be all/end all" and everyone has their opinions but it's definitely a great starting place, or at least in my humble opinion it is.
