I made an asian stir fry last night and only used about half of what was in each can. Can I freeze the rest? It seems silly to throw them away and I don't think I am going to use the rest this week. Thanks!
I've had canned both last a few weeks in the frig, by changing the water daily.
Should I freeze them in water or just in a container dry?
Dry, wrapped in plastic.
Dumb question Ipsedixit but does the same go for the ones I bought in a vacuum sealed bag? I only ever use half the package for my hot and sour soup ;-)
