Due to the nature of my job I find myself having to order in dinner more often than not, and I'm looking for tasty, healthy, moderately priced options deliverable in the Plateau.

Would love to hear any suggestions you might have. Thanks!

Halal 786 (www.786halalrestaurant.com) has a 10-km delivery radius from its Jean-Talon W. address, which should cover most of the Plateau.

The vegetarian dishes are particularly inexpensive (mostly about $5-6). Haven't had much luck getting them to make their curries spicy, though.

Centre de livraison Au Tarot delivers great Couscous all over the plateau. Their "couscous royal" for one person (17.80) is actually more than enough for a dinner for two...

Fresh, inexpensive sushi from I Love Sushi on St-Denis, noodle soup from Wok 'n' Roll are some options for delivery.

I can't remember if Tampopo delivers or only does take-out, but that might be an option.

Yes Tampopo delivers within the Plateau, about the only ''asian'' I can order from as my better half is very intolerent of MSG (Tampopo are very serious about using none, even in soups).

I like Tampopo for what it is, fresh, good ingredients.

Aux Vivres doesn't deliver, but A La Carte Express does pick stuff up from Aux Vivres and deliver it. Not sure if the prices change though.
