Le Monde, Le Jardin~ Hong Kong

Going to Hong Kong soon, does anyone have opinions on Joel Robuchon's restaurants there? Are there other restaurants of this caliber to be considered, going to have one special, very expensive dinner out, and wondering where it should be...

    Just ONE special dinner?! Caprice! Michelin 3*. Hands down!!
    Great food, great service and great view!! Be sure to reserve a table seat for the fantastic harbour lights!

      Caprice sounds amazing... I'm trying to get an idea of price, the sample menus don't list any kind of price, can you help me out with that?
