NY Times Mag kale recipe
Has anyone taken a look at this? It's exactly what I'd conjure up if I were doing a parody of the Times. After telling us "we are cheating here, Sunday cooks on the run.", the author, Sam Sifton, offers up a recipe for kale that must be marinated for four hours before grilling. Then there's a chickpea recipe including black cardamom pods, which he warns us are nearly unavailable except by mail order.
Sunday cooks on the run, eh? One can only hope that whatever we're running from is very, very slow.
