Sopes from Vallarta Market

When I was at Vallarta Market the other day, I noticed that they sell packs of empty sope shells. I've never used them before and was wondering if this particular product is good, and if anyone has a recipe for preparation and a favorite filling. Thanks.

Fry in pan in 1/4" of oil, on both sides till GBD. Any filling you would use in a taco is used in sopes. My favorite is the tripas, at my Vallarta store in the hot prepared food section where they sell both crunchy and chewy styles separately, I ask for a mix.
