Wholly Frijolles in Gurnee.... WHEN?

I called the Lincolnwood restaurant to find out when they would be opening in Gurnee. The woman I spoke with gave me a distinct feeling there was bad blood or something going on, and that they have nothing to do with this location. She went as far as saying, "They aren't affiliated with our restaurant." However the in the Gurnee village records I found on line about it claim that they are the same business.

All I want to know is, "When are they opening?" I just hope it is the same food.
