There is a place called Salon Don Pedro off the corner of Calle b Norte and Avenida Bolivar. The food is great, cheap and serving portions huge! You can get a huge entree for about $5. I had the combination Chow Mein and it was huge! Some in the hotel recommended the Roasted chicken but I never tried it. Good Luck.
