Drinks in Santa Rosa

Looking for a relaxed place to have drinks with a friend late afternoon in Santa Rosa. Any suggestions?

Beers - Aussiello's on 5th, Russian River, 5th St. Ale Works, Toad in the Hole
Scotch, Whiskey, Ryes, Wine - Jack and Tony's
Frou frou cocktails and wine - Jacksons

Thanks - sine I dont drink beer I'm looking at other choices
seem to remember Jacksons being very noisy last time I was there but I think it was a Sat - otherwise I liked it. Was that noise just an exception?
would jack and tony's be quieter - we're meeting ot catch up so place where you can hear yourself and your neighbor is better :)

How about Monti's Rotisserie and Bar. Nice atmosphere, varied menu if you decide to have dinner.
