HELP! Birthday Party Dinner for 30-40 people, where to host on a budget?

Hi,

I have been trying to find a place for 30-40 people for dinner on a saturday night that my parents want to throw.
Most places are asking for a 3K minimum since its a saturday night. Any suggestions?
