I'm not sure about the fried part, but I'm pretty sure Miller's Home Cafe is New Carlisle, IN has chicken livers.

Rodini's on South Franklin Street (US 421) in Michigan CIty ,Indiana presents fried chicken livers on their "relish" plate they give every table prior to ordering. I would assume you could also order them as an entree or in whatever quantity you like.I dont have the link but it is off I-94 at just off of exit 34B

The only place I've had chicken livers for a long time was at the restaruant next to the Raintree Best Western in Effingham, Illinois.

Joe's only has gizzards (Which I love) but no liver. I only know of a few places in the Detroit Area...

Haab's in Ypsi has Ramaki which is a Bacon Wrapped around Chicken liver, Pineapple and Water Chesnuts.

Baker's Keyboard Lounge (Very cool Jazz Bar) has a Gizzards and Liver Dinner.

Polish Village Cafe has Pan Fried Chicken Livers.

All three places are worth a visit....

Edit: I found a place in Michigan City, Indiana for you to consider, but they serve it with BBQ sauce?!?!

....This might be a place I would stop in on a trip to Chicago...

Am personally very fond of those, but the only place I've ever found them in this part of the country is Cracker Barrel. Certainly not the best, but not bad.
