Rodini's on South Franklin Street (US 421) in Michigan CIty ,Indiana presents fried chicken livers on their "relish" plate they give every table prior to ordering. I would assume you could also order them as an entree or in whatever quantity you like.I dont have the link but it is off I-94 at just off of exit 34B

Joe's only has gizzards (Which I love) but no liver. I only know of a few places in the Detroit Area...
Haab's in Ypsi has Ramaki which is a Bacon Wrapped around Chicken liver, Pineapple and Water Chesnuts.
http://www.haabsrestaurant.com/regularmenu.htmBaker's Keyboard Lounge (Very cool Jazz Bar) has a Gizzards and Liver Dinner.
http://www.bakerskeyboardlounge.com/menu.htmlPolish Village Cafe has Pan Fried Chicken Livers.
http://www.thepolishvillagecafe.com/menu.php?type=dinner_valueAll three places are worth a visit....
Edit: I found a place in Michigan City, Indiana for you to consider, but they serve it with BBQ sauce?!?!
http://rodinirestaurant.com/our-menu.html....This might be a place I would stop in on a trip to Chicago...
