Anything notable near Hogg Memorial Auditorium (24th and Guadalupe)

I think I know the answer ... but is there anything beyond usual college campus chains near Hogg Memorial Auditorium? Any type of cuisine is fine as long as not solely seafood.

What time? To eat there or to go?

Fricano's Deli, 31st and Speedway. Excellent deli sandwiches, but a tiny space.
Flying Falafel & Po Boys - 20th and Guadalupe, next to the Dobie. Good po-boys and Middle Eastern cuisine. Look for reviews on the board.
    Cuatro's - 24th and San Gabriel. Burgers & tacos in a sports-bar atmosphere.
Madam Mam's - Thai on Guadalupe.
    El Chile/El Chilito/Hoover's on Manor.

Monday, Nov 8th at about 6 pm. To eat there.

I'll be on foot (attending the ACL Simulcast at Hogg).

Madam Mam's is a short walk from there. So is Thai Noodles. Thai Kitchen us up the street a bit on the north.

Also Terra Burger, Mellow Mushroom are nearby, but they are chains.

Long walk/short car trip: Trudys, Drungo Ice House.

      Definitely Car:
      29 and Lamar, Fino

30th and San Jacinto, Sao Paulo's

If you're there early enough, go to I 35 and 38th street. Trailer there called Franklin's BBQ.
