This ordinary person gathered from the thread that if I were interested in the resto, I would google Gaudry and Rubin, who, clearly according to John, have been.
Don't bother with La Cuisine--it's all about food as conspicuous consumption. Ditto Il Carpaccio at the same hotel, and La Bauhina at the new Shangri-La is pretty under-whelming, too.
