Chowhound coming to DC for the weekend
I'm counting on my fellow hounds for a little guidance. I'll be staying near Dupont Circle this weekend. I am looking for meal suggestions for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I do plan on going to the Smithsonian and the Library of Congress. I have no definite plans and as a true chowhound I will gladly adjust my itinerary according for deliciousness. The only planned meal is tonight at Cafe Atlantico for a friend's birthday. Thank you in advance.

The Garden Cafe at The National Gallery of Art features a $20 French buffet created by Michel Richard. It is very focused and well-executed. You could put together a feast form the cheese, charcuterie, dessert, etc.
Near Library of Congress: Get the Toasted Marshmallow Milkshake at Good Stuff Eatery. Mushroom burger is a good order.
My favorite eats in DC include:
Brasserie Beck, Belgian.
Againn, Irish GastropubAnd in Arlington (but near the Metro):
Lyon Hall, Alsatian
Chez Manelle, TunisianIn DC near the metro:
