Ia couple of years ago I got my Dad a husband a mixology class that was put on by the Wine House on Cotner. They both enjoyed it and the cocktails.

I just signed up for a class in January. Here is the website. It takes one or two emails to hear back from him. He seems busy. But he seems like he has a great sensibility for artisan cocktails. Here are two links!

I've looked extensively and never found one that seemed to fit. Everything I saw was either quick cocktails to go along with hors d'oeuvres cooking classes or your standard bartending class. If you ever do find something please report back.
