Light Cast Iron/Ceramic pans
Has anyone used any of these pans? are they any good? how durable are they? and can you get good high heat cooking without worrying of burning or ruining the pan. I have seen more companies coming out with these eco pans and light cast iron pans which are suppose to be much better than the Teflon coated ones that are bad for your health and scratch easily.
