What about Fragole on Court Street? More Carroll Gardens than Park Slope, but the food's solid (I always order the tagliata, but have tried the tilapia, which I've enjoyed, and heard others swear by their gnocchi). The atmosphere's cozy and lively at the same time, and he manager, Sebastian, is a charmer. I had a girls' dinner here recently with some college friends and they loved the place.

Not sure how many of you there are, but Brucie (http://www.brucienyc.com/) is a nice, small place that recently opened. They have great food (based on one time there) and if there are enough you may be able to reserve one of the semi-private back tables. Definitely cozy. Not sure what the alcohol scene is, if that matters to you.
