Need help with a restaurant near 42nd/8th for tonight.
Details: cheap, do not want to spend more than $150 for 3 people (includes tax/tip) and hopefully each have 2 drinks

It's pouring out, so no more than a 4 block span of 42nd and 8th please.

Only request is no sushi.
