seafood @ Montreal Chinatown
My foray into eating fish for its Omegas' (after being vegetarian for 20+years), leads me into trying NON SHELL seafood (allergic to shells).
Somehow buying frozen is easier - still getting used to the fishy aroma and I find buying fresh is more difficult to swallow later (no pun intended) . Closet to me is china-town.
Any recs. for brands that are good price/quality ratio- but most imp. health benefits. I would be steaming/ baking/broiling/non stick cooking the sea foods.
(reason it is in the Qbc-board- as Chinatown in Montreal=China block=smaller variety available in other bigger city Chinatowns)
