Any opinions on how legitimate dinner is at XIX?

I'm interested to hear if anyone's been recently, I heard the restaurant was "downgraded" or something by the Hyatt organization, which apparently means they decided the restaurant was no longer producing the ROI they wanted, so their budget has been cut and the chef has been reassigned somewhere else within the hotel chain. It was excellent before that, I don't know anyone who's been there since it happened.

Intriguing concept. But what if they don't get a minumum number of purchases and they have your money? Does it get refunded or sit in a PayPal account? Or has this never happened?
