Delivery of healthy "home-cooked" Asian food to UES?

A Korean woman in a nursing home (77th and York) is tired of institution food and looking for some meals delivered to the home about once a week. I believe she is interested in East Asian cuisine -- Korean, Japanese, Chinese.

I can't offer suggestions, but is your friend looking just for good/decent restaurants that deliver to that neighborhood, or for something like "personal chef" arrangements for meals to be stored and served at the home, or ?
