Mizuna or Beatrice & Woodsley
Can't decide between the two for a nice dinner out. Which do you suggest and why?

I think Mizuna is at a whole different level than B & W...
If you can spend the cash, you are going to get a better meal at Mizuna, though B & W will not dissapoint either.

Both are good. B & W is funky and sometimes it's hard to find one dish with all flavors you want. All of Frank Bonnano's eateries are fantastic (Mizuna, Bones, etc . . .)

Not to be contrary, but I'd choose B&W over Mizuna. Mizuna, while good, is in the same category of high-end contemporary cuisine that many restaurants are; B&W doesn't look like any place else, and the food is more unusual too. (Not sure it that's what you mean by "hard to find one dish with all the flavors you want," but I've never had that problem. I want everything on that menu.)
