who has best tempura udon in town?

I am craving shrimp tempura udon that includes fried veggies like taro and broccoli. I would rather not go to "major" sushi joint because this is all I want (i.e. I don't want to go to Uchi just to order this, and I'm not hankering for the raw stuff at this moment). Any ideas on where to go in town?

Musashino is a "major" sushi joint, but they do serve udon for lunch and have a tempura shrimp udon with tempura veggies for about $10. This is only for lunch though. I don't believe they serve udon on their dinner menu.
