If that is the case, I would suggest you might try the Dunedin Brewery. They have some good pub style food to go along with some great brews.

You may want to consider Rumba Island Bar & Grill on Gulf to Bay - Haven't been in awhile but they have at least 10 taps with craft brews as well as bottles and fairly good bar food. They have a big tiki bar outside. Same restaurant group as salt rock, island way et al. Take that fact fwiw. I would call and ask what they have on tap -

Otherwise, head to Dunedin like Rib Dog said. A few good choices there for beer.

Dunedin is not too far from downtown Clearwater. For a great selection of beers you should head down to House of Beers in Dunedin. http://www.dunedinhob.com/Home_Page.html Main st. in Dunedin has is walking distance and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from

Good luck... St pete has a few options, but I can't think of any off hand with good beer selections. Beer Garden on McMullen has a good beer selection
