Help! Need a chill lounge downtown for a Holiday Party ASAP!

I am planning a holiday party for my small media company in early December.

I'm looking to accomodate 60-70 people with a CHILL spot preferrably below 14th. It'd be great if it had a pool table, games or some other activity; whereas people will be inclined to mingle/interact. If it were on a covered rooftop, all the better!

As for Food/Drink: I'm looking to spend for open bar + passed apps somewhere around $50-60/pp.

Any ideas?!
