Swiss dessert recipe

Hi all,
I'm in a dinner club and am looking for a good, tried-and-true (and preferably not too complicated) Swiss dessert recipe. Something with chocolate would be best for this crowd!

Thank you

Prepare a sheet sponge cake and, while it's still warm and you're still able to roll it, cover it with a layer of chopped hazel nuts, shaved chocolate, and a spritz of orange liqueur then roll it up and pipe it with a topping made from softened cream cheese (about a pound) butter (about 4 - 5 ounces, 1 tsp orange extract and 1 1/2 - 2 cups confectioners sugar (consistency will vary with amount of sugar) all whipped together. Then sprinkle flakes chocolate on top to finish it off.

Wow. That sounds yummy. Will have to file for another time. I ended up making an apple weincreme tart-- good but I'd have rather had the chocolate!
