Most of the hotel restaurants in town serve some type of prix fixe on Thanksgiving.
The last two years we've done Cosmos and have been pleased.

While nothing special, The Lexington has a very traditional Thanksgiving meal which is served in a restaurant that looks like your grandmother's house and provides all you can eat and doggy bags for leftover sandwiches at home.
We haven't done it since 2005 or 2006 but we liked it the few years we went there.

+1 on the Lex. I really enjoyed getting a doggie bag -- Thanksgiving is just as good the second time around. :-)
