Dragon Beard Candy Cart in Chinatown?

Anybody seen it, supposedly around Canal and Elizabeth? While you can get dragon beard candy in Canada (Vancouver, Montreal, Toronto) it is highly rare in the U.S. Koi Palace restaurant in Daly City, CA may be the other known source.

I'm kind of with you--to me dragon beard candy is merely a cross between an Abba Zabba bar and cotton candy. However, it seems to be so prized in the USA that I can't help but partaking anytime I see it.

I often see the cart on the southern side of Canal St., usually somewhere between Mott and Bowery, on weekdays in the late afternoon/early evening hours. I've seen him there as recently as last week.

Lately, it's been parked on Bowery just north of Canal. It was there when I walked past on Saturday.
