new resturant "Prince Seafood resturant"

Anyone know anything about a new resturant where Singpore Sam's/Pearl Garden is? We were going to Michael's and saw a bunch of people workng on the exterior and a sign showing a different name...

If they are reopening I hope that they keep the BBQ pork- but this is not likely with a "seafood" restaurant.

One wonders why they closed? They were frequently lined up at lunch hours and on weekends, despite the publicized lashings from the health inspectors. IMO those health inspections should be taken with a grain of salt, especially with foods that are uniquely prepared, such as BBQ.
